‘The development process in Azerbaijan made great impression on me’

“I am very happy to visit Azerbaijan. The development process in this country made a great impression on me,” Belgian scientist Marsel Pake said. The scientist said he was writing a book Azerbaijan.

Touching upon the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Pake said the problem must be settled on the basis of the norms and principles of international law. He added the OSCE Minsk Group must increase efforts to resolve the conflict.
