Azerbaijan, CoE successfully cooperate in judicial sphere

Azerbaijani Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov met with the law experts of the Council of Europe. Mammadov said Azerbaijan and CoE were successfully cooperating in all spheres, including judicial one. He briefed the CoE experts on the judicial reforms in his country, praising the fact that “the organization is actively participating in them”.

For their part, CoE experts said during the visit they got acquainted with the achievements in the judicial system in Azerbaijan. They also familiarized themselves with the Justice History Museum in the Ministry.

As part of their visit CoE law experts also met with representatives of NGOs and made reports in the Justice Academy.
