Chairman of Pakistan’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Khalid Shameem Wynne to visit Azerbaijan

Chairman of Pakistan’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), General Khalid Shameem Wynne will visit Azerbaijan in the near future, defense sources said.

Though the concrete date of the visit is not made public, it was said that the visit will be realized till the end of September.

Several meetings will be held during the visit which will have a familiarization character.

General Khalid Shameem Wynne was appointed to the post of chairman of CJCSC early this year. Former chairman Tarig Majid visited Baku in October 2009.
