Baku to host workshop on alternative reporting

A workshop on alternative reporting initiated by Baku office OSCE will be held in Azerbaijan`s capital on August 23-24. According to Baku Office OSCE, the workshop will bring together representatives of civil society, international experts and mass media.

The workshop will focus on the United Nations mechanisms, comparison of current reports and information on alternative reports. The workshop will be conducted by international experts.
It is a capacity-building event for civil society in assessment, reporting and advocacy, using the “shadow/alternative reporting” process of the UN system, as well as bodies of other regional international organizations.
