OSCE appoints new chief of Baku office

Turkey`s diplomat Koray Targay has been named a new head of the OSCE Office in Baku.

He has been working as the Turkish ambassador to Malaysia and the Czech Republic before this appointment.

Koray Targay is expected to take up his new office in August. He will succeed Ali Bilge Cankorel.
