Region’s executive head: Every resident of Aghdam can appeal to the international courts against Armenia

“Every resident of Aghdam can appeal to the international courts against Armenia,” head of Aghdam region executive power Nizami Sadigov told journalists.

He said Aghdam residents have the right to do it.

“I believe if such a step is taken, the suit of Aghdam residents will be granted. The residents of Agham were affected not only physically, but also morally,” he said.

Sadigov noted that Aghdam had more martyrs during the war. “About 6000 Aghdam residents were killed, 1000 became handicapped. In other words, Aghdam residents were affected morally for long years. In this regard Aghdam residents will use their rights,” he said.
