Azerbaijani President grants personal stipends

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to grant personal stipend of the Azerbaijani President to Jamali Islamovich Mammadkhanov, Azerbaijani President’s official website reported.

President Aliyev also signed an order to grant personal stipend of the Azerbaijani President to Sabir Rzayev.

The president’s personal stipend is granted to Sabir Rzayev for his merits in the construction sphere. The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to address issues arising from these orders.
