Discussions on US-Azerbaijan relations held in SRC

The delegation of the US Truman National Security Project, which is on a visit to Baku on the invitation of Strategic Research Center (SRC) under the President of Azerbaijan, visited the center.

SRC said that the guests were informed about the center’s activity – the published journals, the wide scientific ad analytical relations with international “brain trust” and current and perspective projects implemented within cooperation with them. Then the roundtable was held on topic of Azerbaijan-US relations, priorities of Azerbaijani domestic and foreign policies was held in SRC. The current situation of Azerbaijan-US relations, the further perspectives of cooperation in political, economical, military and humanitarian spheres between the two countries as well as the recent geopolitical processes in the South Caucasus, the negotiations on settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, regional cooperation issues, energy security, the influence of the energy projects to the stability and security in the South Caucasus, the international security problems and etc. were discussed at the roundtable.

The purpose of the Truman National Security Project is to allow leaders of all countries, leading a strong progressive national security policy, to demonstrate their skills and knowledge to ensure its influence and creating a network between them.
