Monitoring held on the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces in the 3-km north of the Chayli village in the Tartar region on July 20 proceeded without incident, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry deputy spokesman Teymur Abdullayev said.
The monitoring was held on the Azerbaijani side by the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk's field assistant Christo Christov and personal assistant William Pryor.
The monitoring was held on the opposite side, which the international community recognizes as Azerbaijani territory, by Kasprzyk’s field assistants Antal Herdich and Marius Puodziunas.
