New head of Siyazan district executive power appointed by the president

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to appoint Arif Gasimov the head of Siyazan District Executive Power, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.

Upon another Presidential order, Aflatun Rufiyev was dismissed from his post of head of Siyazan District Executive Power.
