Azerbaijan, Romania to discuss development

The Azerbaijani parliament will discuss the development of economic, political and other ties with Romania, Spokesman for Romania's ruling Social Democrat Party (PSD) Public Relations Department and Bucharest Mayor Nicolai Ontanu told journalists in Baku.

Ontanu is heading a Romanian delegation of political, science and culture figures.

He said they will hold meetings with the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the Writers Union.

The Romanian delegation already visited the tomb of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor and Alley of Martyrs.

During the visit, the delegation will visit Guba and visit the mass grave of the victims of genocide by Armenians in 1918.
