Azerbaijan represented in summit of African Union

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Egypt Shahin Abdullayev represented Azerbaijan in the summit of the African Union in Equatorial Guinea.

Foreign Ministry`s press service reported Shahin Abdullayev met with African Union Commission chief Jean Ping, chief of staff of the African Union, Ambassador John Kayode Shinkaiye, directors of the union`s humanitarian and human resources development departments, discussed political, economic, scientific cooperation between the African Union and Azerbaijan.

Ambassador Shahin Abdullayev held bilateral meetings with the delegations of the African Union member states.

Azerbaijan addressed the African Union member states within the framework of the summit.
