Azerbaijani President raises wages of Defense Ministry servicemen and civilian employees

Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order raising monthly wages of servicemen and civilian employees at the Defense Ministry.

Under the presidential order, the servicemen will see their wages increase 25% on average, while the salaries of the civilian employees will rise 10% on average.

The wage increase will come into effect from July 1.
