Azerbaijani FM: Inviting Azerbaijani officials to U.S not included in agenda

The issue of inviting Azerbaijani officials to the U.S has not been discussed. It has not been included in Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov's agenda during his trip to Washington, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry official representative Elkhan Polukhov said.

"The issue was not on the agenda of the ministerial meeting in Washington," he added.

Some Armenian media outlets reported that during his visit to the U.S Azerbaijani Foreign Minister informed Washington about desire of Azerbaijani officials to get an invitation to pay an official visit to the U.S.
