NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General Jamie Shea said the alliance has not set a goal to replace the OSCE Minsk Group.
It is not ready to discuss the hypothetical possibility of its participation in peacekeeping operations in the conflict zone, he stressed.
Shea made the statement today during a teleconference with the NATO headquarters in the NATO Information Center in Armenia, Mediamax reported.
He said a number of components are required to discuss the possible involvement of NATO in the peacekeeping operation.
