Co-chair of the EU-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committee: We support Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and the peoples’ right to self-determination

“Europe support peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict”, said Co-Chair of the EU-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committee from EU Milan Cabrnoch.

Cabrnoch underlined that during the meetings in Azerbaijan he held discussions on Nagorno Karabakh conflict, exchanged view on steps taken by the EU in this sphere.

“We support Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and the peoples’ right to self-determination” – noted the co-chair.

Cabrnoch said that Azerbaijan is one of the main partner countries for EU, but not only partner country: “We want to work together with Azerbaijan in the field of energy security and trade. I think that the Nagorno Kartabakh problem must be settled soon, because it is important for the development of entire region. ”
