Armenian prime minister: Minsk Group is close to success

"We are interested in normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations", said Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan at the conference Right view on Russia in Vienna, Armenia Today reported.

Sargsyan said OSCE Minsk Group was close to success and recent statement by the US, French and Russian presidents proved it. He noted that Armenian side agrees with the main points of this statement and is ready to show political will for soonest solution of the problem.

"We consider that there is all kind of objective backgrounds for that. It is important that our Azerbaijani partners also show political will and sign an agreement, which will be a basis for further negotiations".
