Dagestani delegation mark 88th birthday of Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan's Khachmaz region

A delegation led by deputy chairman of parliament of the Republic of Dagestan, Russian Federation, Yury Alchiyev attended events dedicated to the 88th anniversary of Azerbaijan's national leader Heydar Aliyev in Khachmaz region of Azerbaijan.

Participants visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev and got familiar with Heydar Aliyev Center. The events featured opening ceremony of "Heydar Spring" complex and the avenue named after national leader.

Dagestani delegation also visited Khachmaz-Darband friendship memorial, Museum after Aziz Aliyev, Museum of Persons and Park of Culture and Rest. Bas-relief of prominent political and public figure of the Republic of Dagestan Said Gurbanov was opened in Khachmaz.

Head of Khachmaz Executive Power Shamsaddin Khanbabayev briefed on friendship relations between Azerbaijan and Dagestan. He stressed Heydar Aliyev`s role in strengthening of the relations between two nations.
