Azerbaijani President offers condolence to Kuwait's Emir

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev offered condolences to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in connection with his brother’s death, Azerbaijani President's official website reported.

"I am very sad to know about the death of Your brother Sheikh Khalid Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. I share your grievance on this heavy loss and express my deep condolences to You and all members of Your family. May Allah rest His soul!" the message reads.
