Greece's President tours historic core of Baku

Visiting President of the Hellenic Republic Karolos Papoulias yesterday toured the Icharishahar, Inner City, historic core of Azerbaijan's capital.

The President was informed about the Icharishahar which was included in the UNESCO's World Heritage List.

Papoulias visited the Maiden Tower, the Palace of Shirvanshahs and Buhara karavansaray.
The Greek President signed the Icharishahar's honorary guests book.

The President was presented with keepsakes.
