Assessment of the situation in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan should not be limited to reports, it is necessary to take concrete steps to eliminate the consequences of the occupation, ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) Deputy Executive Secretary Mubariz Gurbanli said in an interview to the official website of the NAP.
"It is good that OSCE field assessment mission carried out investigation in occupied Azerbaijani territories. The visit of such a mission and the information obtained by them is very important for exposing Armenia on the level of the international organizations," Gurbanli said.
Gurbanli said that the report of the mission contained facts describing Armenia’s aggressive policy. He said the assessment mission witnessed the destroyed settlements in occupied Azerbaijani territories, generally the damage to Azerbaijan.
"In this respect, the mission’s activity helps the international community, international organizations, including OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs reveal new facts regarding the occupation by Armenia. But the attitude towards the situation in the occupied Azerbaijani territories should not be restricted to reports, statements, but should be completed with concrete activities," said Gurbanli.
