Azerbaijan’s consul-general to St. Petersburg expresses opinion on claims about raping 15-year old girl

"Of course, interesting persons stand behind the sabotage against me occurred at the event on Novruz holiday. We have relevant video materials and we have already conducted investigations. We have sent an official note with the same video materials to Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Russian law-enforcement agencies will investigate the issue", Azerbaijan’s consul-general to St. Petersburg Gudsi Osmanov said.

Consul-general has rejected the claims about raping the 15-aged girl and noted that it was an aspersion: "If that was true, why did not they appeal to the law-enforcement agencies? This is aspersion and sabotage".

Note that, on March 19, a person impeded Gudsi Osmanov’s speech during the event on Novruz holiday in Saint-Petersburg city of Russia. That person showed the girl in his left side and noted that Osmanov raped that girl.
