Canakkale events commemorated in Baku

Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic and representatives of Turkic organizations in Baku has today visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate martyrs, and laid wreathes at the memorial of Turkish soldiers.

Kilic spoke about heroism of the Turkish soldiers in Canakkale battles and liberation of Baku from Armenian Dashnak bands in 1918.

The event continued in Turkish Embassy. The participants were informed on history of the Canakkale war.
