Azerbaijani delegation to attend events on 88th anniversary of Ataturk's arriving in Tarsus

Azerbaijani delegation will attend ceremonial events marking the 88th anniversary of arriving of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of the Turkish Republic, in Tarsus city, Azerbaijan's embassy in Turkey said.

Azerbaijan's ambassador Faig Bagirov, Member of Parliament Huseynbala Miralamov and other officials will take part in various events there, including in march towards Republic Square, inauguration of Darvish Araoglu Park and Heydar Aliyev bridge.

Visitors of the city will also see places where Ataturk walked 88 years ago, as well as join the opening ceremony of a fashion fair.
