Azerbaijani President offers National Day greetings to Laotian leader

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory message to President of Laos Choummaly Sayasone as his country is celebrating its National Day.

“I extend our congratulations to you and your people on the occasion of your national holiday, the declaration of the Lao People's Democratic Republic,” the Head of State said in his message.

“I hope the Azerbaijan-Laos relations will continue developing in an atmosphere of friendship and cooperation in line with our peoples' interests.”

The Azerbaijani leader wished the Laotian counterpart robust health and successes in his activities, and the people of Laos peace and prosperity.
