President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended a ceremony to inaugurate a complex of houses for IDPs in Yevlakh on November 10.

Accompanied by first lady Mehriban Aliyeva, the Head of State toured the complex.
Deputy prime minister, chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov told the President 10 five-storied buildings have a total of 612 apartments.
The complex has its own 50-seat kindergarten and schools with a total capacity of 440 students.
The President and his spouse had a tea party in the apartment of Gazanfar Musayev, an IDP from Kalbajar.
President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva then watched a concert by amateur musicians from Kalbajar.
The Head of State congratulated the IDPs who got new houses.
The President also attended the opening of a secondary school in the settlement.
