Azerbaijan's Chief Electoral Officer meets Kazakh delegation

Chairman of Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov met Kazakh delegation led by Chairman of this country`s central election commission Kuandik Turgankulov.

Mr. Panahov said memorandum of cooperation was signed between the central election commissions of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. Panahov hailed participation of Kazakh delegation at the upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.

Mr. Turgankulov stressed the stable pre-election situation in Azerbaijan. Kazakh observers expressed their hope that the elections would be held in democratic atmosphere.
