Azerbaijani president decrees to perpetuate memory of outstanding folk dancer

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an executive order to perpetuate the memory of people's artist of the USSR, renowned Azerbaijani folk dancer Emine Pasha Dilbazi. Under the order, the memorial plaque will be installed in the building where Dilbazi lived. One of streets in Gazakh will be named after Dilbazi.
