Ilham Aliyev offers condolences to UAE counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed his condolences to the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahayan, AzerTAc state news agency reported.

"I was extremely saddened by the news of the death of the ruler of the Ras al- Khaimah emirate  Sheikh Sagra bin Mohammed al-Gasimi. On my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people, I express deep condolences to you, the family of the deceased and all the people of the UAE," the letter said.
