CIS Heads of Governments to meet in St. Petersburg

The next meeting of the CIS Heads of Governments Council will take place in St. Petersburg, Russia, on November 19. The meeting will focus on free trade zone draft agreement, draft the CIS Interstate Target Program of Innovation cooperation until 2020, CIS Executive committee said. The Commonwealth will be gearing up for celebrative events to mark the 20th anniversary of the CIS.
