Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission continues to receive applications for observation of parliamentary elections

The Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan continues to receive applications for observation of the November parliamentary elections in the country. The Commission has to date registered 452 observers from international organizations, of them 51 representing PACE, 10 TrukPA, 317 CIS, 43 OSCE/ODIHR and 31 US Embassy.
