Azerbaijani MP to prepare PACE report on higher education

Member of the Azerbaijan delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Rafael Huseynov has been assigned to draft a report on application of European higher education criteria in all world countries at the PACE autumn session. Azerbaijani MP is going to do research at some leading universities in order to prepare the document.
