Azerbaijani ambassador to Canada visits Prince Edward Island

The aim of the visit was to attend a diplomatic forum of foreign ambassadors accredited in Canada.

During the visit, Mr. Shafiyev met chairwoman of the Charlottetown Region's Parliament Ketlin Kesy.

They stressed the importance of developing cooperation between the two countries's regions.

The Azeri ambassador was interviewed by the Guardian newspaper.
