
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyeg has offered condolence to Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev over the recent terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz.
"The news of a massive loss of life as a result of a terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz was a source of great sorrow to me," the president says in his letter.
"On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead and the whole people of Russia. I wish the injured soonest recovery," the letter reads.
