OSCE: More international observers in upcoming parliamentary elections is Azerbaijan's success

Head of OSCE Baku Office Ali Bilge Cankorel sees a great number of international observers in the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan as the country's success.
About 450 OSCE observers will monitor the upcoming parliamentary elections with 45 of them being long term, Cankorel said at the opening of training courses for the chairmen of district election commissions (DEC) today.

Azerbaijan will hold parliamentary elections on Nov. 7. Previous elections were held in Nov. 2005. The elections are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
