CIS observation mission to monitor parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

The observation mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) will monitor upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan. Press office of the CIS Executive Committee said that the decision had been passed at the meeting of the Council of the Permanent Representatives of CIS.

CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev will head the mission.
