Head of the Russian Federation`s Presidential Administration Sergey Naryshkin has today visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity. He laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument here.
