Azerbaijani consul to Turkey meets Kars governor

Kara pointed out Azerbaijan and Turkey, in particular, province of Kars enjoy fraternal ties. He pledged Kars would strengthen ties with Azebaijan's diplomatic mission and cooperate actively to implement new projects.

Consul Suleymanov underlined government structures of both countries act on the principles including sayings of Mustafa Kamal Ataturk and national leader Heydar Aliyev - “Joy of Azerbaijan is our joy, its sadness is our sadness” and “One nation, two states’.

According to him, he feels care of population, government and NGOs since assuming his office.
