Rector of Public Administation Academy under President of Azerbaijan passed away

Honored Scientist, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Seyfaddin Mirtagi Gandilov graduated from Faculty of History, Baku State University in 1953 and in 1953-1956 continued his education in graduate school and defended his doctoral dissertation in 1967.

Gandilov at different times served as head of department in different universities of the country. As a result of his long-term studies, about 400 articles and a number of scientific papers were published. He was actively involved in the process of improving higher education.

Gandilov served as rector of the Public Administation Academy under the President of Azerbaijan since February 1999.
