Azerbaijani, Russian deputy FMs discuss bilateral relations

Azerbaijani and Russian Deputy Foreign Ministers Khalaf Khalafov and Grigory Karasin discussed bilateral relations between the two countries over the telephone on July 12, the Foreign Ministry reported.

They discussed practical issues of bilateral relations in the context of the forthcoming contacts at the political level.
