Azerbaijani ambassador presents credentials to Hungarian president

Then, they had a conversation during which the Hungarian President said his country attachs great importance to boosting relationship with Azerbaijan.

The President noted the two countries had great opportunities to develop economic, cultural and scientific cooperation.

The Hungarian leader also recalled his visit to Azerbaijan when he served as chairman of the Constitutional Court of Hungary.

He described Azerbaijan as a cultural and economic bridge between Europe and Asia.

Ambassador Guliyev, in turn, said relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary had intensified recently.

He vowed to spare no efforts to contribute to developing relations between the two countries.
