Azerbaijani president heads to Ukraine

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today left for Ukraine to attend an informal meeting of the CIS heads of state. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov.
