Gedabey region of Azerbaijan is nearly cleared from unexploited mines

Reportedly, Gedabey region of Azerbaijan is nearly cleared of the unexploited mines. This was reported by the Azerbaijani National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA). Currently, the work on cleaning is being carried out in 10 regions of Azerbaijan.

Since the beginning of the work, 133,181,018 square meters of the country have been cleared. Mine clearing operations involve roughly 425 people, 115 assistants, 30 sniffer dogs, and 6 emergency vehicles.
