Canadian MPs arrive in Baku

MPs from the Canadian province of Ontario Monte Quinter and Reza Moridi are on a visit to Azerbaijan.
MP Moridi said the visit took place upon invitation of Azerbaijani Milli Majlis (Parliament).

"Azerbaijan is an independent democratic country. We intend to develop relations in economy and culture between the province of Ontario and Azerbaijan,” the Canadian MP added.

Moridi noted that they had meetings in the Ministry of Economic Development and today they will hold a meeting in the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.
