Book 'Heydar Aliyev and National Policy in Azerbaijan' presented in Istanbul

The Turkish version of a book “Heydar Aliyev and national policy in Azerbaijan” by chairman of the State Committee for Religious Associations Hidayet Orujov was presented in Istanbul. The book narrates on national leader Heydar Aliyev's activity.

The author analyzed national statehood, Azerbaijanism conceptions formed by Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijan's integration into the world community. Speaking at the ceremony were chairman of the MM commission for culture Nizami Jafarov, author Orujov and others. They spoke of national leader Heydar Aliyev's services to Azerbaijan and the whole Turkish world.

A documentary on national leader's lifetime and activity was demonstrated during the ceremony. The presentation ceremony was attended by deputies of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, diplomats, Istanbul public and Azerbaijani Diaspora representatives.
