Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers approves new mechanism of financing universities

Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers approved "New mechanism of financing universities", the Cabinet of Ministers said.
According to the new mechanism, preparation of bachelors and masters will be held based state order on principle of per capita funding at the first and second levels (earlier they were called phases) of high education.
