"Wide" opportunities for Azerbaijan-Kuwait cooperation

Chief of Kuwait's Public Authority for Sports and Youth has said there were “wide” opportunities for developing cooperation between Kuwait and Azerbaijan.

Faisal Al-Jazzaf spoke at a press conference in Baku.

He expressed confidence his visit would contribute to strengthening cooperation between “our countries in particular in the field of sport and youth affairs”.

“Azerbaijan has big achievements in sports. We are going to sign an agreement that will outline our priorities in cooperation in sports and youth affairs. We plan to carry out large-scale joint events.”

Al-Jazzaf also touched upon the bilateral cultural exchange, saying “we also plan to hold reciprocal days of culture in both countries”.

“Such events will contribute to making our youth closer to each other.”
