Azerbaijani defense minister heads to Moscow

Today, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel General Safar Abiyev has left for Moscow to attend a meeting of the CIS Defense Ministers' Council, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.

The meeting is expected to discuss issues of military cooperation.
