Azerbaijani Human Rights Commissioner's Office to observe municipal elections

The employees of Azerbaijani Human Rights Commissioner's Office will observe the municipal elections to be held on Dec. 23.

Some 38 representatives would observe the voting in Baku and various regions, military units, jails, detention facilities and give information to the office through the hotline of CEC.

The observers have officially been registered with the CEC and provided with memory book for observers and other necessary documents.

Human Rights Commissioner Elmira Suleymanova will inform media representatives about results of the observation through CEC's Elections Information Center.
