Azerbaijan, Turkey sign action plan on public service

The governments of Azerbaijan and Turkey have signed a “2010-2011 Action Plan” on public service.
The document was signed by head of the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Bahram Khalilov and head of the Turkish State Personnel Department Mehmet Tekinarslan.

According to the action plan, the sides agreed on organization of mutual visits, as well as trainings, seminar, and informational exchange.
